June 15th: Police Reform Legislation

President Trump is expected to sign an executive order after weeks of outcry over excessive police force in the U.S. Plus lawmakers on Capitol Hill are looking to pass legislation that could include restricting the use of chokeholds and a national database to track police misconduct. The goal is to have it finished before the July 4th break. If lawmakers can’t come to an agreement, the legislation will be pushed until later in July.
